is a seasoned financial strategist and global investment expert with over 25 years of distinguished experience in banking, trade finance, and treasury operations. His career began in the banking sector, where he held senior leadership roles across the UAE and Pakistan, including as Country Head of Finance, Treasury, Financial Institutions, and Systems at a leading regional bank. Throughout his banking tenure, he successfully led strategic initiatives in trade finance, cross-border remittances, systems transformation, and treasury management, establishing a reputation for delivering impactful financial solutions in dynamic environments. Currently, Dr. Nizami serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Africa Trade Finance Company (ATFCC), where he provides visionary leadership in structuring innovative trade finance solutions across Africa and global markets. His expertise in SBLCs, LCs, compliance frameworks, and fintech applications has enabled ATFCC to become a trusted partner in cross-border finance and development-focused investments. In addition to his role at ATFCC, Dr. Nizami is the Chairman and Group CEO of Al Duha Group, a diversified conglomerate with business verticals in consultancy, project management, media, real estate, trade, and investment. Under his leadership, Al Duha Group has expanded its global footprint, with a focus on enabling strategic partnerships and sustainable economic growth. Dr. Nizami holds an Honorary Doctorate in Management Sciences, and his thought leadership in financial innovation, trade facilitation, and economic development continues to shape the financial landscape across Africa, the Middle East, and beyond.

Hauwa has held key positions at Euro Exim Bank, Kapital Insurance, and Assurance Bank, and is known for her strategic leadership, client relationship acumen, and commitment to excellence. is the Country Manager for Senegal, bringing over 20 years of banking expertise across corporate, investment, and SME sectors. He has held senior roles at leading financial institutions including Citi, BNP Paribas, Attijariwafa Bank, and Société Générale. Aly is a seasoned relationship manager with deep knowledge in credit analysis, portfolio management, and structured finance. He holds a Master’s in Public Infrastructure Management and advanced degrees in Economics and Statistics. Fluent in French and proficient in English, Aly combines strategic insight with operational excellence to drive sustainable growth. He is passionate about client development and financial inclusion in West Africa.

Charles is the Chairman of Dindle Investments (Pvt) Ltd, a Company with interests spanning across Insurance & Financial Services, Real Estate Private Equity (REPE) and Mining. Current Chief Executive Officer of TiB Insurance Brokers and has been in the Insurance Industry for over thirty years. He is an Associate of both the Insurance Institute of South Africa and London, by examination and is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner. He is the past president of the Insurance Institute of Bulawayo and also sits on the Board of Directors of Reino Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, a leading software Development Company, Shays Collections, a versatile clothing Boutique and Faith in God Minis-tries International - World Of Love Assembly as its Vice Chairman.

Charles has a proven track record of establishing international banking units from the ground up, implementing efficient trade processing systems, and driving revenue growth exceeding 40%. His expertise spans trade finance structuring, risk evaluation, foreign exchange operations, and client advisory services. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Banking from the Institute of Finance Management and is pursuing his MBA from ESAMI.

Zoli Macanda Simbodyal is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chartered Accountant (CA, SA; ACA, England & Wales) with more than two decades of international experience in corporate finance, strategic financial planning, and financial transformation. Her career spans senior leadership roles at leading global institutions including John Deere, UBank, GrafTech International (NYSE/NASDAQ), Barclays, MTN, Rothschild, and PwC. At John Deere EMA, Zoli oversees finance and business administration across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, managing complex operations with revenues exceeding US$2 billion in Africa. She has successfully led cross-border teams, delivered SOX compliance, and implemented treasury and risk management frameworks that safeguard growth and shareholder value. Previously, as Finance Director and COO of UBank Limited, she spearheaded a financial turnaround, recapitalized the bank under Basel II and III standards, and diversified revenue streams across Southern Africa. Her leadership at GrafTech International drove a global M&A restructuring and standardized reporting frameworks, while at MTN Africa she supported pan-African expansion and served as a board-level finance director in multiple countries. Zoli’s expertise includes M&A transactions, capital structuring, treasury risk management, and IFRS/US GAAP compliance.
